Our story
Austin Lighting started in 2019, when Greg Liwen began installing Christmas lights for homes around Leander. Seven seasons later, the company is still based in Leander and still built around one idea: you should get a great-looking house for the holidays without buying a single light or climbing a ladder.
Every install starts with a free custom design planned around your roofline, trees and entry. We provide all the lights and supplies, install everything, come back for free service calls if anything goes out during the season, then take it all down and store it until next year.
We keep our service area tight on purpose. Staying close to Leander means faster designs, faster installs and quick fixes when the weather knocks something loose.

Meet the owner
Greg founded Austin Lighting in 2019 and has run it out of Leander ever since. He built the company around the way he’d want to be treated as a homeowner: one clear price before anything is booked, every light supplied, service calls covered all season, and everything taken down and stored when the holidays are over.
That approach is why customers mention him by name.
“Greg was up front and honest about pricing and was extremely fast and accommodating even after I changed my mind on a couple things.”
